01 Services

Design and machining under one roof.

Bring a finished model or just a concept. Because design and machining happen in the same shop, design intent carries straight through to the finished part, with no hand-offs and nothing lost in translation.

OP 10

Design & solid modeling

No CAD model yet? We turn ideas, sketches, and rough dimensions into clean 3D solid models in Fusion 360, with design-for-manufacturability (DFM) feedback along the way. CAD and CAM live in the same software, so your model goes straight to toolpaths and machining right here in the shop.

  • Concept and sketch to 3D solid model
  • Design for manufacturability (DFM) feedback
  • CAD and CAM in Fusion 360, one file from model to toolpath

OP 20

Precision CNC machining

Toolpaths programmed in Fusion 360 and run on our Tormach 1500MX CNC vertical mill, backed by a Bridgeport manual mill for secondary operations, fixturing, and fast one-off work.

  • CNC vertical machining
  • Manual milling & secondary ops
  • Machined from your model or ours

02 Who it's for

Prototypes, production runs, and passion projects.

One-off prototypes

Single parts to prove a concept, check fit and function, or replace something you can't buy anymore. Turned around quickly so your project keeps moving.
